stonemasonry
life put me through
a colander of barbed wire
more times than i care to count
forcing me to reassemble myself
from shredded scraps
so i built a house of stone
to keep the demons out
well-mortared now i live
the door is rarely opened
knock away stranger
i hear you perfectly
but you have little chance
of seeing me

Love the vibrant colors that seem to tell a story about this house and the people who live inside. Congrats on ALL Stars! l/f
