Hello and welcome to my portfolio; I hope the year is treating you gently.
I am a self-taught photographer and digital artist. I have been shooting
photos for over 25 years, using both traditional and digital SLR equipment,
with many images published in print as well as in online publications and galleries.

April 27, 2014: In a completely different arena, I am proud and honored to have had
my haiku chosen for publication in The New York Times Sunday edition, April 24, 2014.
From the Times:
A panel of judges drawn from The Times’s staff selected its favorite entries, many of which
are shown here. Marie Howe, the state poet of New York, read 281 of them and chose haiku
in which she recognized some fundamental aspect of the city. — ALAN FEUER APRIL 25, 2014
The article linking to the published haiku begins here: New York City in 17 Syllables There are many wonderful selections I am sure you will enjoy.
Thank you, The New York Times and Marie Howe,, for giving this poet some very good news today.

October 1, 2013: My painting "Elegant Still" has been published in _Poetry Nook,_ Vol. 1
You can purchase Poetry Nook on Amazon.

August 2, 2012: I am honored to have been showcased in "Official Feature" Online Entertainment News Magazine in the article Connecticut’s Artist Expressionist: RC deWinter highlighting my work in the arts. My thanks to the editors and staff.

May 1, 2012: I am proud and also humbled to have several poems and paintings prominently featured in the First Anniversary Issue of "Pink Panther Magazine." See my feature on pages 52-57. Purchase this beautifully produced magazine of women's art and writing here. Thanks and bright blessings to the marvellous editors of "Pink Panther" for this extraordinary validation of my work.

April 6, 2012: Thanks to editor/writer Dominic Richardson at ARTbracket for this article on me and my work.

My October 2011 show at the Arts of Tolland Gallery in Connecticut was a great success. I am greatly honored to be the first digital artist invited to exhibit there. My thanks to the Board for all their help before, during and after the 5-week show.

April 29, 2011: I am proud to announce that ABC has licensed a total of five of my paintings for use as set decoration on the TV show Desperate Housewives.
