I love this work Gina. The rich tones and style of the painting are beautiful, and the slight shimmer of the background, as of light reflecting off of the paint, is wonderful. And your poem is marvelous. I love the style, seemingly simple yet packing a wallop of truth in the end. Brilliant and beautiful work! l/f!

Powerful painting and your wonderful poem in a style I haven't seen for a very long time. Outstanding work.
