I am forever surprised
by the infinite artistry of nature.
Colors and shapes I cannot imagine abound,
often found where least expected.
I am envious, knowing I will never be able
to magick such visual delights.
But then, I do have words.
I do not seek to dazzle the world with them.
I want to write exactly
what you have been hoping to hear.
I want to enchant you like an incomparable sunset,
the cerulean waves of the sea,
the magnificent moon sailing the midnight sky.
Can I fashion something to entice you,
or am I merely dabbling in the dark?
Will my words catch your heart,
or merely blow by in the blizzard of pixels
that is our playground?

I love the subject, and the softness of this with the muted reds contrasting with the steely blues. like
