anticlimax
stayed out all night
fooling around
playing the clown
drinking too much
wanting to touch
the edge of insanity
rain poured down
soaked the town
some kind stranger
alert to danger
walked me home
in a morning new
down an alley blue
just another day
in this sad ballet
that passes for a life

RC, this and your writing moves the emotions. You are gifted with the connection of the soul, spirit and mind and its works. I can see it in your pieces. F/L

Love the Old World look and feel. For me, there's a sense of nostalgia; it reminds me of my years in Italy. Love your description. l/f

Something one of the impressionist masters would be proud to call their own. Super rich colors, a bit myserious. F

This has feeling of "frigidness"..like it was a very cold morning..and people outside were being tested by it. It's haunting and I will remember i.! Very nice! f
